JULIA'S FORECAST: Morning fog lifts to reveal a sunny afternoon

JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -

Good morning!

The air is fully saturated this morning as we head off to school and work, meaning that fog will be an issue. Visibility may drop very rapidly, and we advise that you leave a few extra minutes for your morning commute. Also, use the low beams this morning instead of the brights, and use your turn signal.

Fog lifts by late morning, revealing beautiful sunny skies. Well rise to the low 80s today with a light breeze. Skies tonight remain mostly clear and lows dip to the mid 50s.

The next chance for rain & storms arrives late in the day tomorrow, likely near or after sunset. Spotty activity sticks around through early Friday.
