Armed men rob North Augusta business

NORTH AUGUSTA, SC (WFXG) -

Two men are on the loose after an armed robbery at a North Augusta business Monday. 

North Augusta Department of Public Safety officers said two men robbed the North Augusta TitleMax on the 400 block of E. Martintown Road around 1 p.m.

One man was wearing a red hoodie with a black checkered pattern, a white mask, blue or black pants with a white stripe and white shoes with a red Nike check, according to an incident report. The second man was wearing a black hoodie, a black mask, blue or black jeans and black shoes.

The men fled the scene on foot and escaped in a red sedan that was waiting in the neighborhood behind TitleMax, Lt. Tim Thornton said.
