Statewide Missing Adult Alert issued for elderly Dayton man

DAYTON, OH (FOX19) -

A statewide Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a Dayton, Ohio man suffering from dementia.

Ray Baker, 84, has been reported as missing. The incident took place on West Second Street in Dayton.

Baker has been described as a black male, approximately 6-feet tall and weighing 150 pounds. Baker has grey hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say that Baker suffers from dementia and may be in need of medication.

Officers say the vehicle involved is a grey 2001 Buick Lesabre with Ohio plate number FVC4554.  

Anyone that has information on Baker's whereabouts is asked to dial 911.
