Decatur man allegedly wandered store drunk, armed

DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -

Decatur police arrested a man on multiplecharges Sunday night.

Officers were called to the "All Occasions"store after customers complained a man was wandering around the store drunk andarmed with a gun.

The suspect drove off before police arrived,but officers stopped the car a short time later.

Oscar Tabarez was arrested and charged withDUI, driving without a license and carrying a gun without a permit. Police saidhe also gave a fake name when he was stopped.
