"A firearm was discharged and when we investigated it further it was an attempted robbery," said Odenthal.

In an incident report, the victim said, although he hadn't been shot, he fell to the ground acting as if he had been to repel the shooter.

"No one was injured in the whole incident," Odenthal said. "We did recovered the spend round. The suspect, Mr. Williams, fled the scene and we ended up later arresting him. We just arrested him."

Williams is facing multiple charges including attempted robbery and attempted murder.
