Clouds and cool temperatures are the norm today, now that a cold front has pushed through. After a breezy morning start with wind chills below freezing, the thermometer is only expected to rise through the 40s to near 50 for the high temperature. The skies never fully clear out the clouds though, since our next wet-weather system is soon to arrive.
We'll notice the first raindrops early Tuesday morning as a warm front lifts through. This will help create comfortable temps in the mid 60s on Tuesday afternoon. Some will experience a break from the wet weather through the early afternoon once the warm front departs, but a cold front is hot on its heels. A second round of rain and even thunderstorms is likely starting in the mid to late afternoon.
