TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) -

A SWAT situation has just ended on Tucson's east side and the suspect is in custody.

Tucson Police said they got a report a man fired at least one shot at a vehicle in a parking lot around 7:30 p.m. near Pantano and Broadway. They said the man then went into an apartment.

Witnesses said they heard more shots after that.

A woman who was in the apartment is out and safe now. Three children live there, but weren't home.
