Man stabbed in Allen Homes apartment

Deputies say one man is recovering after being stabbed early Sunday morning at the Allen Homes apartment complex on Peters Rd.

31-year-old Rodriguez Butler told investigators that he was stabbed in the abdomen by his son's mother, 26-year-old Porshia Edwards.

According to deputies, Edwards has not been arrested.

Butler is receiving medical treatment at GRU.
