Suspects rob 15th Street Kroger with a gun and knife

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Two men are in custody after deputies say they robbed Kroger.

Deputies said the robbery happened early Sunday morning at the Kroger on 15th Street. The two suspects had a knife and a gun when they demanded money.

Investigators arrested 20-year-old Jared Mills and 19-year Antone Rhodes after GRU police caught them. Deputies say the money was also recovered. The men are being charged with armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a crime.
