RCSO: Man in critical condition after being shot on Richmond Hill Road

A man is in critical condition after he was shot Thursday night at his home in the 3500 block of Richmond Hill Road, according to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

The victim told deputies he opened his front door to go to work and three men approached him and shot him twice. He could not provide a description of the men.

The victim was transported to the emergency room at Georgia Regents Medical Center.
