Deputies seek man wanted in fatal crash on I-520

AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Richmond County deputies are looking for a man they say may have been involved in a fatal car crash Sunday on I-520.

Jose Armando Valderas Garcia is wanted on charges of first-degree vehicular homicide and felony hit-and-run.

The fatal crash happened Sunday morning on the I-520 westbound exit ramp to Wrightsboro Road.

Garcia is in his early 20s, deputies said. They believe he is now in the Houston, Tex. area, possibly en route to Mexico.
