AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Richmond County deputies are looking for a 16-year-old girl who ran away from home and may be in danger.

Destiny Weeks ran away from Wrens, Ga. on Sept. 26, according to the sheriff's office. She was last seen Tuesday in Augusta.

Deputies said Weeks frequents hotels on Gordon Highway and Washington Road.

She has brown hair and hazel eyes, and is about 5' 5" tall and 130 pounds.

Anyone with information about Weeks' whereabouts should contact the Richmond County Sheriff's Office at 706-821-1080.
