AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

A 19-year-old man charged in the fatal shooting of his friend is facing additional charges after Richmond County deputies connected him to a Craigslist armed robbery.

Dominique Sullivan is accused of robbing a North Augusta man who responded to a Craigslist ad for an iPhone, Lt. Calvin Chew said.

The victim told deputies that when he showed up at 3447 Pine Hill Road on Aug. 27 to look at the phone for sale, the house was empty. The victim was about to leave when two men approached him with guns and took his wallet, $230 and an Apple iPhone.

Sullivan is charged with armed robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a violent crime in connection with the August incident.

He is also facing an involuntary manslaughter charge in the accidental shooting death of his 18-year-old friend Delarrion Smith on Nov. 11.

Deputies said the gun Sullivan used to shoot Smith was stolen from an unlocked vehicle in Martinez.
