GLENDALE, AZ (CBS5) -

Glendale is welcoming 800 new jobs as two employers set up shop.

The city's newest company, Empereon, is a leading provider of comprehensive call center solutions, providing inbound call center services.

It will be one of 10 employers on-site at a Dec. 3 Glendale job fair. It will be held at the Foothills Recreation and Aquatic Center at 5600 W. Union Hills Rd., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Empereon Marketing will expand into its second Valley location at 5260 W. Phelps Rd., southwest of Bell Road and 51st Avenue. The expansion will add 750 new jobs to the Glendale area with an annual economic impact to the city of $900,000.

The new 40,000-square-foot facility is located two miles from the company's corporate headquarters.

Another new employer coming to Glendale is Barron Lighting Group. It is a manufacturer of an extensive product line of emergency, commercial and industrial lighting.

It recently purchased a new 80,000-square-foot facility in the Glendale Airpark located at 7445 Glen Harbor Blvd. Barron expects to hire 80 employees within the first year of operation.
