AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

Two juveniles were arrested Tuesday and charged with stealing two bicycles from a storage area behind the Richmond County Sheriff's Office building, deputies said.

The bikes were found property and were not evidence in a case, according to the sheriff's office.

Deputies recovered one of the bicycles and are working to find the other one.

The juveniles are charged with interference with government property, which is a felony, and theft by taking, which is a misdemeanor, Sgt. Monica Williams said.

The sheriff's office is continuing to investigate.
