FBI: Arizona man sought on drug charges

TUCSON, AZ (AP) -

The FBI says a Tucson man sought on drug charges is considered armed and dangerous and has links to several states.

According to the FBI in Albuquerque, 46-year-old Matthew Duke Maley of Tucson has ties to Las Cruces and Albuquerque, N.M.; Salinas, Calif.; El Paso, Texas, and Denver in addition to Arizona.

A Nov. 13 federal arrest warrant accuses Maley of distribution of methamphetamine and aiding and abetting.

Agents tried to serve the warrant at Maley's residence in Tucson on Sunday but he wasn't there.

The FBI says he may be driving a green Land Rover with New Mexico license plate MSG-233.

According to the FBI, Maley is white, 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, bald, with hazel eyes. He has tattoos on his arms, including skulls, a cross, and lightning bolts.
