Couple marries after meeting while homeless

TOLEDO, OH (Toledo News Now) -

Love was in the air in downtown Toledo, at Tent City, the annual event that helps the local homeless population with health care, food, clothing and other services.

Quinton Thomas and Faith Hodge were married there on Saturday.

The couple met two years ago when both were homeless.

But life has changed for the couple.

They have recently moved into an apartment.

Quinton has a job and Faith is still looking for work.

They have a special philosophy when it comes to love.

"You can find love anywhere, homeless or not. The best case scenario just start small, be friends, see if it progresses on," said Mr. Thomas.

For now, Quinton and Faith are holding off on plans for a honeymoon.

Tent City runs through Sunday.
