LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

The Butler County Sheriff's Office is investigating a domestic stabbing in Liberty Township.

Deputies were called to the 5000 block of Rockdale Road just after 5:00 Thursday morning to investigate three stabbings.

Police say the family's father, Richard Grove, 64, the mother, Sharon Grove, 57, and the family's son, Matthew Grove, 23, were all taken to local hospitals for treatment.

Police didn't say who started the incident but Sharon Grove was treated at UC Medical Center and then released into police custody. Sharon is being held in the Butler County jail on domestic violence charges. Officers say her video arraignment should be on Friday.

Richard Grove was treated and released and Matthew Grove is still in the hospital in stable condition.

The sheriff's office says they had 15 prior calls to this home since January of 2003.
