New wheelchair for Noah

Four-year-old Noah Williams and his Mom Naomi will keep on racing, thanks to a new running chair given to them Friday at the Richmond County Sheriff's Office.

Noah is special needs and wheelchair bound, but his normal chair isn't ideal for racing.

When the Sheriff's Office heard about Noah, they wanted to help and began getting donated funds together so he could have a new, safer chair.

Naomi had applied for a grant that would have allowed her to purchase a running chair for her son, but she was denied.

After the presentation, members two running groups, the RCSO and 'Black Girls Run', took to the streets with Noah in his new chair for a one mile run.
