Timberlake's aunt accused of stealing from family will appear in court

(WMC-TV) - Justin Timberlake's aunt will appear in a Memphis courtroom Wednesday. She is accused of stealing from her brother, who is Timberlake's stepfather.

Jane Harless, 53, is accused of writing checks herself using her family's company account. According to a police affidavit, she signed her brother's name on 121 checks.

Investigators say Harless stole $64,700 from her family between January 2011 and August 2013.

Paul Harless, Jane's brother, is part developer of Mirimichi, as well as a part owner of the Memphis Grizzlies.
