CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Police found evidence that helped link a Spring Grove Village suspect to multiple home burglaries.

Police say that Rayshawn Staley, 19, and a juvenile accomplice broke into a home on Washington Avenue in St. Bernard and took several items, including a car, credit cards and gun.

The suspects left the home and went to Wal-Mart in Evendale to make several purchases.

The suspects then robbed anther home on Sycamore Street and stole several electronics, keys, and a purse with more than $3,300 dollars worth of credit cards.

At one of the burglary sites, Staley left a straw hat that police recovered to later confirm his identity.

Police believe that Staley is connected to burglaries in Cincinnati, Amberley Village and St. Bernard. A judge set his bond at $20,000 during a court appearance on Friday.
