MESA, AZ (CBS5) -

Police are looking for an Arizona father and his two daughters whose family has not heard from them since May.

Authorities say there is an active felony arrest warrant out of the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office for 38-year-old Christopher Creech.

The Mesa Police Department said Christopher Creech, and his daughters, Krissanna Creech, 11, and Shayanna Creech, 9, were last seen on May 26.

Mesa police said they were notified on Sept. 15 by family members who are concerned about the welfare of the dad and his girls.

Christopher Creech reportedly had a job but up and left. According to police, his daughter's friends have not had contact with them.

Police said Christopher Creech has a history of irregular behavior and may be emotionally unstable.

Police believe the family may be in Colorado, where they used to live, or in northern Arizona or Mexico.

The father is described as 6' tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo on his chest of a lion. He is believed to be driving a blue 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 with Arizona license plate No. AMX4983.

Shayanna is described as 4' tall and 40 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Krissanna is 4'4'' tall and 60 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes, wearing glasses.

If you have information, call Mesa police at 480-644-2211.
