It’s just another way that Nick Saban motivates his players: He reminds them each year around the time that the spring game is held that the players from the winning team will be eating steak the next Monday night while the losers will be eating beans.

TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

After an early week off, the Crimson Tide has their sights on Texas A&M.

Head coach Nick Saban once again stressed the importance of detail and execution going into the game against the Aggies, which was the Tide's only loss last season.

"If you take care of the little things, do the little things right, it's going to give you the best opportunity to be successful," Saban said.

And the Tide will have to be right on point against A&M's up tempo offensive style and Johnny Manziel.

"Fantastic offensive football team. It's a great concept," Saban said. "They have the right kind of players to execute the concept."

But praise and offensive challenges aside, Saban said the best thing the Tide can do now is "do their job."

"We have to be our team, playing our game, taking care of business," Saban said. "This year's team has a lot to prove based on their own identity and what they want to try and accomplish."

If past years are any indication, the team will strive to be champions.

The Crimson Tide will square off against the Aggies in College Station, Tex. at 2:30 p.m. CST.
