Shooting suspect indicted after selling drugs in school zone

EAST PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

A Westwood man was indicted Thursday accused of shooting someone in the chest and attempting to sell drugs in a school zone.

Officers believe 31-year-old Mark Hinkston shot Mark Graham in the chest back in August causing serious injury.

Hinkston was arrested last week in the 5000 block of Glenway Avenue. Police said they found him trying to sell heroin and cocaine in a school zone.

Hinkston has been charged with two counts of felonious assault , one count of weapons under disability, possession of and trafficking cocaine as well as possession of and trafficking heroin.

He is being held on a $300,000 bond at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
