MOUNT PLEASANT, SC (WCSC) -

Management at a Mount Pleasant neighborhood say thieves who broke into a garage and stole beer, apparently returned to the scene of the crime and left a case of beer and an apology note at the home's driveway Wednesday morning.

A Facebook post on Thursday by management at the Brickyard Plantation, showed the apology note which read,"We are terribly sorry. This will never happen again. We just ask for your forgiveness."

Management officials say surveillance pictures appeared to show juveniles breaking into the home's garage on Tuesday and stealing beer.

Another post states that management learned that other garages in the neighborhood were broken into this past weekend.
