The Pulaski County, Ky. Sheriff's Office has arrested a Cincinnati man on charges of abusing a child.
On July 19 at around 11 p.m., the Sheriff's Office was called to respond to Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital where a 2-year-old child was being treated for injuries to the head and body.

When the child emerged from the tent, the witnesses observed injuries to the child's face.
Injuries to the child include substantial bruising and redness about the head and face and on the child's buttocks. He was treated and released from the hospital and was placed in the care of family members.
