Police executed search warrants at a Middletown residence following a several month long investigation stemming from complaints involving illegal sales of alcohol, disturbances and drug offenses.
Police executed the warrants on Sunday afternoon around 3:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Clark Street.
According to police, they discovered nearly 50 people in the residence and numerous others in the backyard. Officers say they found numerous bottles of liquor and beer in the kitchen, throughout the house and in the yard. No liquor permit had been issued for the residence.
Further investigation revealed three underage individuals in the living room. Cops say all three individuals had been drinking.
Police confiscated crates of liquor, numerous bags of marijuana, prescription pills and large sums of cash from the residence.
The three underage individuals were arrested along with several other individuals during the search warrant.
Police say the resident of the home, Larry Little, was arrested and charged will illegal sales of liquor, three counts of sale of alcoholic beverages to an underage person and drug abuse.
Little is being held in Middletown County Jail and will appear in court Monday.
