Heavy rain leaves one Aiken County yard inundated by water

Posted: Updated:

The rain has turned one Aiken County man's lawn into a virtual lake.

His entire yard inundated by water.

Willie Harrison told WFXG that when he woke up he was beyond shocked and had no idea what to do next.

"When I woke up I was stunned. I was trying to figure out how I was going to really get out of the yard," Harrison said. "What was going to be destroyed? How much flood damage? Different things like that."

No word yet on how long it will take to clean the whole mess up.
