PARADISE VALLEY, AZ (CBS5) -

A homeowner's pool service person is credited for helping police arrest an armed robber in Paradise Valley.

Paradise Valley police said Harley David Will, 26, of Phoenix, broke into a home in the 7700 block of North Tatum Boulevard Tuesday afternoon, demanding cash at gunpoint. He fired shots at the victim and others in the home, but missed, according to police.

He then took off in the victim's car.

The pool service person followed Will and called police with Will's location. A short time later, the Phoenix Police Department arrested Will near North 28th Street and East Karen Street in Phoenix.

Will was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on charges of robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, theft, vehicle theft and burglary.
