According to Delhi Township Police, both were quickly taken into custody. One brother was arrested at the UDF on Rapid Run. A short time later, the other was apprehended behind Rapid Run Middle School.

George Davis was charged with one count of complicity to burglary. Shawn Davis was charged with one count of burglary and one count of theft.
