Driver hits CPD cruiser, drives away

AVONDALE, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati police are looking for a pickup truck that hit a police cruiser in Avondale.

It happened just before 4:00 Friday morning.

Police say the truck hit the cruiser, an unmarked SUV, at Reading Road and Victory Parkway.

There is no word on injuries.

Officers on the scene say the pickup sustained damaged to the front end, but the driver took off.
