A boy has been rushed to the hospital after being struck by a car twice in Springfield.
Police say the 10-year-old boy was riding a moped near Plainfield and Washburn streets when he was hit.
The driver backed up over the boy, pinning him briefly.
The boy was taken to Baystate Medical Center where he's expected to be OK.
The driver was arrested and charged with driving without a license and more charges are pending.
