THOMSON, GA (WFXG) -

The National Transportation Safety Board has recovered two recorders in the investigation of the fatal plane crash in Thomson back in February.

Senior air safety investigator Ralph Hicks says they've have a voice recorder from the plane's cockpit and an enhanced ground proximity recording system, a computer built in the plane. Hicks says both recorders contain "good quality data."

On February 20, five passengers were killed after their plane overshot the runway at the McDuffie County Regional Airport in Thomson. Two pilots in the crash were injured, but survived.

Hicks says the crash is still under investigation.
