AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -

CORRECTION: The Richmond County Sheriff's Office updated their initial release to mention that "First Class Motorz" has no affiliation with the suspects involved in this case or the incident.

Two people have been arrested and investigators need your help finding two more suspects in a "chop shop" investigation.

The Richmond County and Columbia County Sheriff's Offices are investigating "First Class Motorz" at 4040 Belair Road. Investigators say the business does not have a valid business license and that four subjects employed at the facility were using an unmarked roll back tow truck to steal motor vehicles disabled on the side of Interstate 20 and roads within the CSRA.

Vernon Neely Jr. and Elmer Gilman were arrested following the initial stages of the investigation.  Vernon Neely Sr. and Joseph Thaxton are still wanted. The investigation is still ongoing.
