Wrongful death lawsuit filed against Chardon gunman TJ Lane, family

PAINESVILLE, OH -

The parents of the three teens killed by student gunman TJ Lane have filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

The suit was filed against Lane and his family in Lake County Common Pleas Court on Wednesday, February 27 - one year after Lane shot and killed 17-year-old Russell King, Jr., 16-year-old Daniel Parmertor and 16-year-old Demetrius Hewlin at Chardon High School.
