West End resident honored by St. Vincent de Paul

A local hero was recognized for a lifetime of service.

The Society of Saint Vincent de Paul honored West End resident, Pamela Farley on Tuesday.

Farley has been active in the Saint Joseph Parish in the West End for 48 years, advocating for the rights and needs of local senior citizens and struggling families in the Tri-State.

She was recognized for her outstanding work in the community, church and St. Vincent de Paul.

She says her grandmother inspired her to spend her life helping others.
