Police: Victim beat with iron, robbed

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Police are searching for three suspects accused of knocking a victim unconscious with an iron before robbing him.

According to authorities, the victim met the three men at Shooters, a bar located on Race Street downtown, on February 11th. From the bar, they all went back to the victim's home to hang out and drink, sometime after 8 p.m.

That's when the three suspects reportedly hit the victim in the back of the head several times with an iron. Police say the he attempted to fight them off but was knocked unconscious.

The three men then ransacked his apartment and took several items.

 Authorities describe the suspects as follows:

SUSPECT #1 - Black male known as 'Brandon', 25-years-old, 5'8'', 175 lbs. with average to muscular build, short shaved hair & thin groomed facial hair wearing blue jeans and a dark blue t-shirt.

SUSPECT #2 - Light skinned black male, approximately 25-years-old, 5'7", 150 lbs, thin with short hair/shaved on the sides wearing black hoodie with thin multi-colored stripes (might have had a crazy design on the back of the hoodie) and a plain black baseball hat.

SUSPECT #3 - Dark skinned black male, 28-years-old, 5'8", 185 lbs, muscular with facial hair/goatee wearing a yellow shirt and black pant and a dark jacket with a unknown color/name football baseball cap.
