Vacant home in Hamilton damaged by fire

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton fire crews responded to a fire at a vacant home on Thursday morning.

It happened around 3 a.m. in the 100 block of South C Street.

The fire was confined to the living room and extinguished quickly by the first arriving engine. No firefighter or citizen injuries were noted as a result of the blaze.

Damage is estimated at $20,000 and this fire is under investigation.
