Arrests made in North Augusta golf cart thefts

Two people have been arrested in connection to golf cart thefts in the North Augusta area.

North Augusta Public Safety arrested Dontrell Washington and Dytron Hunter. Officials say the two stole golf carts in the Hammonds Ferry area of North Augusta. Both are charged with Grand Larceny, booked at NADPS and later transported to the Aiken County Detention Center.
