RCSO cracks down on Georgia drivers in new campaign

The Richmond County Sheriff's office is cracking down on Georgia drivers. Thursday afternoon, RCSO launched Operation Thunder, a three-month campaign aimed at decreasing traffic fatalities, injuries and accidents.

In the past two years, Richmond County has seen a 131 percent increase in traffic fatalities. This comes after a significant decrease from 2006-2010.
