Stabbing suspect arrested: 'I stabbed you to make you love me!'

Investigators have taken a suspect, accused of telling a woman "I stabbed you to make you love me!" into custody.

Steven Turner, 44, is charged with burglary in the first degree, as well as assault and battery in the first degree.

The Aiken County Sheriff's Office is searching for a stabbing suspect, who told his victim, "I stabbed you to make you love me!"

ACSO told FOX54 that Steven Turner, 44, allegedly broke into a woman's home on Stuckey Loop in Windsor. Turner used an axe to pry open the back door of her home.

Once Turner gained access to the home, he stabbed the victim in her right leg while she was in bed.

The victim informed investigators that Turner allegedly told her, "I stabbed you to make you love me!"

Turner fled the scene and has yet to be apprehended.
