Trial date set for man accused of shooting Covington officer

COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

A trial date was set Monday for a man who is accused of shooting a Covington police officer.

Pharo Wilson is charged with assault and attempted murder for shooting Ofc. Mark Richardson in the foot at the end of September during a reported robbery in Covington's City Heights neighborhood.

Wilson's trial is scheduled for June 26, 2013.
