EAST PRICE HILL (FOX19) -

A jury trial has been rescheduled for a man accused of killing a woman and her 12-year-old daughter in East Price Hill.

Brian Everett, 25, is accused of killing Nicole Smith, 39, and Stephanie Smith, 12, at an apartment on Woodlawn Avenue last May.

He was scheduled to go on trial on Monday, but the trial was delayed until April 3.

Everett claims self defense as he told police that the mother attacked him and her daughter came in swinging with a knife.

Everett is being held on a $2 million bond.
