Boy held hostage in the Dale County Standoff gets free trip to Disney World

BIRMINGHAM,AL (WBRC) - The young boy held hostage in the Dale County Standoff is now getting an all expense paid trip to Disney World.  Carrie Kreps, a Samford Alum and her family were honored
this evening at Samford's basketball game. 

Carrie put together an online fundraiser called "Send Ethan to Disney World". Almost 10 thousand dollars from over 250 donors was raised.  Carrie said she wanted to help create happy memories to replace the terror filled memories of Ethan's abduction.
