AUGUSTA, GA (WFXG) -
Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia is preparing to open their most delicious venture yet: Edgar's Grille.
The restaurant is busily putting the finishing touches on Augusta's latest fine dining experience, so it can be ready for grand opening night.
"The official date will be on Tuesday," explained Marcel Biro, Vice President of Hospitality. "The ribbon cutting will be at 4 o'clock. After the ribbon cutting, we'll open to the public."
This scrumptious delight is all part of Goodwill's main mission.
"We are able to tell our story to the community, and in order to tell that story the best way possible, we need to be able to recruit a world renowned chef who put together a superior team," said Jim Stiff, CEO of Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia.
