State and Springfield police raid Lowell St. home

SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -

Springfield and state police executed a search warrant Thursday afternoon at 68 Lowell St. in relation to neighborhood drug activity.

Only CBS 3 Springfield cameras were there as the narcotics unit made two arrests at the home.

Drug paraphernalia were reportedly found with crack cocaine and marijuana.

Police haven't released the names of those arrested.

The  investigation is part of the continuing effort to stop drug crime in the North End.
