CENTRAL U.S. -
Thursday morning, millions of people in the Central
United States will participate in the second annual "Great Central U.S.
ShakeOut Earthquake Drill".
The drill will focus on the drop, cover and hold-on
actions.
The drill comes on the 201st anniversary of an earthquake
along the New Madrid Fault Line in Missouri that could be felt as far away as
the east coast.
Last year more than 3 million people from 11 different
states participated in the drill.

additional information about earthquake preparedness.
