Suspect in court for hotel homicide

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

The man accused of killing a Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel security guard was in court Wednesday.

Joseph Tucker has been charged with two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, one count of robbery and one count of aggravated robbery for the murder of Richard Campbell on Dec. 7.

The judge ordered a pre-trial evaluation and set the next hearing for March 5 at 9 a.m. A trial date is expected to be set then.

Tucker is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $1 million bond.
