PHOENIX (CBS5) -

Two Phoenix women were arrested in Oregon after state police found heroin hidden in Valentine teddy bear baskets in their trunk.

Sonla Marquez-Lozano, 22, and her passenger, Yedid Zamudio-Vazquez, 20, were booked into Malheur County Jail on charges of unlawful possession and distribution of a controlled substance - heroin.

The arrests happened on Jan. 30 after an Oregon State Patrol senior trooper stopped their vehicle off the westbound lanes of Interstate 84 for failing to signal lane changes.

The five pounds of heroin have an estimated street value of $200,000.
