AMERICUS, GA (WALB) -

 

Georgia Southwestern guard Alan Arnett is the Player of the Week in the Peach Belt Conference.

Arnnett scored 29 points in the Canes win at Young Harris.

He also had 16 rebounds as Georgia Southwestern became the first Peach Belt team to beat Young Harris on the Mountain Lions home court.

GSW carries a two game winning streak into a big home game Thursday night against Columbus State.
